Places I've beenBorn and raised in Chennai, roots in Nagercoil, working out of Bangalore for now. A hand-built pixel map of 15 places across 6 states, with a living postcard for each.

Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Born and brought up here. Every line on this map starts here.

Nagercoil, Tamil Nadu: My native. Near the very tip of the land, where three seas meet.

Bangalore, Karnataka: Where I'm working from right now, out in Brookfield.

Pondicherry, Puducherry: French streets and a long promenade on the Bay of Bengal.

Salem, Tamil Nadu: Ringed by hills, halfway between everywhere.

Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Cool air drifting down from the Nilgiris.

Dindigul, Tamil Nadu: A fort on a rock, famous locks and even more famous biryani.

Kodaikanal, Tamil Nadu: Mist, pine forests and a lake up in the clouds.

Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu: Halwa, temple towers and the river running south.

Trivandrum, Kerala: Kerala's capital, a short ride over the hills from home turf.

Mysore, Karnataka: Palaces, silk and slow afternoons.

Mangalore, Karnataka: Where the Western Ghats lean into the Arabian Sea.

Surathkal, Karnataka: A quiet stretch of coast just north of Mangalore.

Mumbai, Maharashtra: A city that runs on sea breeze and local trains.

Delhi, Delhi: Raj Ghat, the quiet memorial where Gandhi was laid to rest.
